Learn what is and what is NOT first aid.  Plus what is ongoing care, 2nd aid and when it is appropriate for your own an client pets.  The introduction helps sort out the ethics and responsibilities of the emergency responder. Learn communication in the first aid scenario, specific examples and scripts that can work in your salon or with pet owners.
